We are up-front and honest about our pricing. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT have any hidden charges. The rates posted below are for residential cleaning. For commercial cleaning, call for a free on site quote.
We include the following extras as STANDARD.

- No extra charge for red stains or other difficult stains

- Natural deodorizer application included (not for severe odors, such as heavy pet urine)
- Clean all EXPOSED carpet. You may move as much furniture as you wish prior to our arrival, we do not charge extra for the additional area. We will clean around whatever is left.

Standard Rates: ($75 minimum charge)
$35 per room (combo rooms are counted as 2 rooms)

$1.00 per foot for hallways (10 foot hall = $10)
NOTE: If you have several small rooms it may be cheaper and more fair to charge by the Square Foot. Our Square Foot rate is $0.30 per square foot. We can calculate both ways and give you the best deal!
CLEANING PREPARATION:
Our rates include ALL EXPOSED carpet. You may expose as much carpet as you wish by moving furniture off the carpet areas before we arrive. We will clean around any remaining furniture left in place. Please vacuum (if possible) before we arrive.
**If you wish to have us move furniture please let us know by phone. Prices will vary depending on how much furniture you would like moved.**

Premium carpet protector
Our premium carpet protector delivers outstanding protection against both soil and stains. It reduces the chance of stains setting in permanent, can greatly extend the length of time needed between cleanings, as well as extend the life of your carpet.

NEW! ALLERGY RELIEF TREATMENT:
Allergy Relief Treatment is a water-based solution that contains a powerful active ingredient derived from naturally occurring extracts found in certain fruit and vegetable seeds. It works by denaturing the structure of the allergen. Provides a residual effect for up to six months, when properly applied. Hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and readily biodegradable. Does not contain pesticides, perfumes, solvents, VOCs, or other hazardous ingredients
RATE = $15 per area (applied as an after spray)
Stain & Odor Removal for pet Urine
While many stains and slight odors may be removed during normal carpet cleaning procedures. Some stains and odors can absorb deep into the padding, and even the sub floor below. We offer 2 great options to deal with these difficult odors.
Subsurface extraction
In most cases we are able to eliminate or at least dramatically improve stains and odors by using advanced extraction techniques which allow us to flush the bulk of the urine out of the pad. Price starts at $99.00 This includes a black light inspection to locate contamination and the 1st gallon of treatment. Additional gallons are $35.00
Injection Treatment: less expensive alternative to subsurface extraction, (not quite as effective but works very well for most cases) We apply a special enzyme blend to any visible spots, then inject the product deep into the pad. This is followed up by steam cleaning the carpet to flush the stain and urine out of the carpet, the enzyme will remain active in the pad controlling the deep down odor. Rate= $3.00 - $10.00 per spot (depending on size.)
Is Stain Removal Guaranteed?
We have about a 95% success rate, uunfortunately some urine stains can be permanent.
Is odor removal Guaranteed?
We are sure you will be very happy with the results, However we cannot guarantee 100% odor removal if pets remain in the home, or that additional odor and or stain will not return from untreated, contaminated sub floor with climate changes increasing humidity. The only 100% sure fix in some cases is replacement, and sealing of the sub floor.
