Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning)
We achieve excellent results with steam cleaning because we include several
other steps that many cleaners tend to leave out...  

1st step Pre-vacuuming: It is ultra important to remove as much dry soil as possible before getting the carpet wet otherwise a “mud pie” get’s created. This can lead to poor cleaning results.  

2nd step: Pre-Spraying:  We pre spray all areas to be cleaned with top of the line non harsh cleaning solutions. This prepares the carpet for extraction by dissolving embedded soil and grim. 

3rd step Pre conditioning of traffic lanes: We use either a dual counter rotating brush machine or our pad machine to work the pre spray deep into the carpet and break lose embedded soil and grime.This also lifts and separates the matted fibers to allow for superior extraction.

4th step Steam Cleaning: Due to the previous steps, we are now able to easily extract and rinse the carpet free of soil & grime without having to make multiple wet passes.  This allows carpets to get cleaner, dry faster and stay clean longer.

Oscillating pad extraction (Dry Cleaning)
In my opinion and that of many top professionals, Oscillating pad extraction is the very best “dry” method available. No other dry method has the ability to remove as much soil. The unique oscillating action of our machine cleans all sides of the fiber, lifting and separating matted fibers, providing deep and thorough extraction of soil and stains. No sticky residue is left in the carpet to attract new soil. The result is a beautifully cleaned carpet that will repel soil instead of attracting it.
